Over the past 5 years, I led a team to establish a centralized design platform for Alibaba, focusing on enhancing design collaboration capabilities within the group.
This includes providing a design collaboration platform for tens of thousands of Alibaba employees and supporting hundreds of business units with the Fusion design system, material management center, and more.
Now, after serving the Alibaba Group for 15 years, I've transitioned into a semi-retired freelance designer.
I want to take a more independent view of the development of the design field, especially the field of AI design.
In the past six months, I have had some deep cooperation with AI design platforms in China(such as JS Design and MasterGo). Hoping to witness the new moment in this new wave.
Here, I'll share my insights on UX design over the years, especially on design collaboration tools, design systems, and AI design.
